I know what it's like to be a business owner who's great at what they do but drowning in everything that comes with running the business. Before I became an OBM, I ran my own e-commerce business. I lived the late nights, the chaos, and the constant feeling that something was always falling through the cracks. That experience is what drives everything I do now.
With a background in project management and public policy — and over a decade of experience keeping complex things organized and moving — I bring a level of structure and strategic thinking that goes well beyond task support. I became an accredited Online Business Manager because I wanted to help small business owners actually breathe again.
My approach is simple: I get to know your business, identify what's slowing you down, and build the systems that let you focus on the work only you can do. I'm based in Portland, Maine, where I spend my time outside of work exploring new restaurants, getting my steps in at Zumba, and taking long walks with my retired racing greyhound, Trixie.
